You can promote a seat to a full read-only accountant role at any time, or purchase additional seats for $19/month each.

Can I export everything if I leave?

Yes. Every project, every invoice, every line item, every forecast scenario, and every time entry exports as a CSV or a PDF from the Settings → Export panel. The export runs on demand and completes in under a minute for most accounts. You can also schedule a quarterly automated export to a destination of your choice. After export, account deletion is permanent and irreversible, performed within 24 hours of your request.
